Trunk or Treat!!

Yes, I spelled that right! Last night was Trunk or Treat at church. Well, we went to the trick or treat village at Paulding Meadows first. It was fun, I got lots of candy (mommy and daddy even let me eat two of my suckers!!) We walked a lot too though :) After we saw everything there, we went to church for Trunk or Treat. We walked from one trunk to another getting even more candy! Then daddy took my on the big inflatable moon bounce. After that, we ended the night with a hay right through the woods. It was a blast because I got to see lots of my big friends from church and I got to hang out with some of my little friends. My friends who were with us were Tynleigh, Kerrington, and Aunt Robbi; Addison, her Mimi, and Aunt Sarah; Morgan, Landon, and Aunt Jamie; and of course Mommy and Daddy were with me too :) I hope Halloween is just as much fun!

I'm growing up!!

I am now 18 months old! I went to see my doctor last week for a check up. They gave me a shot in the leg, and I thought that was the funniest thing ever!! Then the doctor said that I was getting so big that when I'm bigger, "the sports recruiters will be after me." I am now 34 inches tall and weighed in at 27 pounds. I'm going to be a big boy and my mommy and daddy are so proud of me. It's late, so I'll have to add some new pictures later :)

More Summer Photos

Busy Summer :)

It's been a busy summer here in the Mosley house. In June, mommy and I hung out a lot. We played with Tynleigh, went to Grandma and Papa's house and played with Abbie, Lily and Jack some too. Mommy and Ms. Emily had to do a lot of work to get ready for VBS. I got to stay home with Daddy and Addison while Mommy was at church all week long.

The week after VBS, Mommy and Daddy went to camp for a few days. I got to stay home, Granny came to stay with me for the first 3 days and then Grandma came to get me and took me to her house for the last night. The day that Mommy and Daddy came home, they arrived while I was taking a nap, we all left to go to the beach for the 4th of July weekend. Melissa, Thorsten, Sarah and Addison went with us. We had a good weekend swimming, playing, eating, and all of the grown-ups even went parasailing!! It looked like fun, but I played with Addison in the sand while they were gone.

The next week flew by spending some time with Tynleigh while Mommy worked at the church and packed for her trip. Then Daddy took my to Dalton to see all of our family while Mommy fininshed packing and doing her homework before she left for Romania. It was so sad, but she says she had a lot of fun, Mommy left for 10 whole days to see some kids in Romania. She was on a mission trip there, telling all of the kids about Jesus and how much He loves us :)

The last two weeks of summer are going to fly by as well. I get to spend another day with Granny and Grandpa while Mommy and Daddy go to Chattanooga for Mommy's birthday. Then next week I get to go to Ms. Teresa's for a few days while Mommy works and gets ready for the new school year. Mommy goes back to work on August 11th and I'll get to spend every day with Ms. Teresa.

Another Family Wedding

This weekend, my counsin Julie married Brian. Lots of family came in from out of town to be here for the wedding and of course, to see ME!! I had a great time and got to show off my new walking skills all weekend long.

Friday night, after Mommy picked me up from the babysitter's, we drove to the airport to pick up our counsins Amelia and Cecelia. Then we sat in Atlanta traffic for almost two hours!! Man, I was bored and hungry. When we finally arrived, we met lots of other family (Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Bob, Aunt Joanne, and cousins Clarice, George, Buzz, Dave and Danelle... oh yeah, Daddy was there too) at Magianno's for dinner. We had a good time and lots of food.

Satuday we played at the hotel all morning. I got to run up and down the halls with cousin Tynleigh (she and Aunt Robbi came to hang out too). Every time I tried to leave the room someone new grabbed my hand and went with me. It was great. After my nap, we went out to Applebee's for lunch and then Mommy and Daddy took me to my "Uncle" Jeremy's house. I got to play with him and watch Star Wars while everyone else went to the wedding and reception. The wedding was in buckhead and the reception was at the Georgian club near the Galleria.

This morning, Sunday, we all got up (still at Jeremy's house) and went to IHOP for breakfast. I ate a whole plate of baby pancakes and scrambled eggs!! It was great! Then Mommy, Daddy and I went to the cousin's house (Jim and Nancy's) for brunch. Again we hung out for a few hours, took lots of pictures, ate more food and said hi and bye to everyone there. It was an exciting day!

I hope everyone had as good of a weekend as I did. Off to bed now :)

Easter is Coming :)

This sunday, only two days after my actual birthday, is Easter. Last week Mommy and Daddy took me to get my pictures made. I got to play in a birthday cake for my birthday pictures, but I also got to get all dressed up in my Easter suit for Easter pictures with Mommy and Daddy. Check out this cute dude!!

My 1st Birthday Party

Thanks to everyone who came to my party on Saturday. I got lots of great toys to play with. Mommy was just as excited about the clothes and pj's too, but I like the toys most. I got a coll new wagon, a ball pit with a football goal on it, 2 basketball goals (I am a Mosley after all), 2 drum sets, a tee ball set, balls, a riding toy, learning toys, a school bus, a car I can drive myself (when I get a little bigger), and best of all... My very own cake!! I had a great time and I hope everyone else did too.

I'm WALKING!!

Hey everyone! On Monday, March 10th, I took my first steps. I wanted to get over to my daddy so badly and there was nothing to hold on to, so I just did it... one step, two steps, and then fall into daddy's arms. It was so exciting and scary all at the same time. I've been walking all week now, a few steps here and a few more steps there. I've gotten up to about 8 or 10 steps at a time and then I just wear out. YEAH!! Mommy was so excited too :) Can't wait to show off and let everyone see my new tricks!

My birthday is coming!!

My first birthday party is at my house on Saturday, March 15th at 4:00 PM. Please let us know if you would like to come. I want to have all of my friends there, but mommy ran out of invitations before I could finish tellling her who to invite :) So, if you want to come, please do. ~ Sean

Happy Valentine's Day!

Another interesting holiday! I mean, what exactly is the point? I got to do all of the usual things today, except I saw lots of flowers and candy with a few balloons mixed in. Everyone around me acted like it was a big deal and they were all cooking special food. Mr. Terry went to McDonald's and got us all fish sandwiches and frnech fries for lunch. YUMMY!! I ate all of mine and tried to get Tynleigh's too :) Then mommy cooked a big steak and seafood dinner for daddy and "Aunt" Sarah. I got to eat some shrimp and I loved it!! I got a few M&M's for dessert and then it was off to bed :) I hope everyone else had a great day too.

Btw, I'm cruisin' everywhere and getting into everything. Mommy says that it won't be long and I'll be walking on my own. I'm getting around quite well, so I'm not sure I'll need to walk any time soon. I like pushing my toys around and I LOVE to take a bath! ~ Sean

Happy New Year!!

I'm not even a year old yet and they are all telling me that the year is over?? Quite confusing for a little man as I am. My big friend Megan came over tonight and hung out with me while mommy and daddy went to the block party in the neighborhood. Megan and I played for a while and then we got an early "midnight" kiss :) I had to go to bed at 8:00 and when I woke up, it was a whole new year. Interesting concept here!

Merry Christmas!!

I know, I'm late again... too much going on around here. I've recently been to the doctor for my 9 month check up. I was right at 20 pounds and 29 3/4 inches tall!! I'm getting to be a big boy. Christmas was busy. I went to Grandma and Papa's on Christmas Eve. We had a big dinner and opened lots of presents. Then on Christmas morning, we opened a few more presents at home and drove up to Dalton to see the other side of the family. I had lots of presents at Granny and Grandpa's too! It was soooo much fun, I hope we can do it all again soon.

Some of my toys are newer big boy toys. I have to stand up to play with them and push there around the house... so, I decided that I'd better learn how to stand up. On Christmas day, at home, I started standing up to play with things. This is a whole new world up here :)
